How CONTROLLED generation works
The generator may create a root event and its read-only predictions automatically. It cannot change LiveOps, CTOT, crew, aircraft serviceability, DCS or Reservations without a separate approved controlled action. Scenario-only and exceptional safety events remain excluded from automatic generation.
